By zooming into the map opposite you can see the following:
CCTV Camera Images
Camera images are available on the M4, A55, M48, A48M, A470, A4232, A4042, A449 roads. Clicking on the camera icon will result in the camera image appearing on the right hand side.
Register or sign-in now and add cameras to your journey.
Current Roadworks, Incidents and Information
All current events are displayed on the map. Clicking on these will result in more information being displayed under the information tab on the right hand side.
Congestion Levels
The green, yellow or red lines along the M4 motorway on the map. The colour of the road will give you an indication of the congestion levels in that area. Green is freely moving traffic; yellow means traffic is building up and red means congestion. Traffic Wales offers `live' information directly from its control room operators on a 24/7 365-days-a-year basis. The number to call is 0845 602 602 0.
Incident Alerts
Current incident alerts are always visible under the Alerts Tab above.
Register and sign-in to setup and receive incident alerts via Email or SMS. This service is free to users and funded by the Welsh Assembly Government via Traffic Wales.
