Hosted by the Welsh Assembly Government at the Village Hotel in Cardiff, the event on June 17th was attended by a wide range of interested parties such as Transport Wales, Traffic Wales, Welsh universities, consultancies, industry, and public transport organisations.
The meeting was chaired by Vivien Collins and Simon Jones (Transport Wales) and a welcome was given by Ian Davies (Welsh Assembly Government).
A number of presentations were given by invitees including Graeme Cox (WSP), Hywel Williams (University of Glamorgan), Keith Mortimer (EFKON), Bruce Slattery (Halcrow), Kevin Roderick (PTI Cymru Ltd), Martin Siczkowski (Acis), Matthew Godfrey (Parsons Brinckerhoff), Stuart Gwinnett (SCS Speed Check Services), and Tom Davies (Capita Symonds).
