Traffic Wales, the Welsh Assembly Government’s traffic and travel information service, is advising rugby fans to plan their journey and leave plenty of time travelling to the Wales v South Africa rugby match this weekend.
Kick-off for the opening match of the 2008 Invesco Perpetual Series is 2.30pm on Saturday 8 November at the Millennium Stadium.
With thousands of people travelling to Cardiff to soak up the international atmosphere, Traffic Wales is advising fans to make their journey as stress-free as possible with these options:Leave plenty of time to travel to Cardiff as the roads are expected to be very busy
- Use public transport where possible
- Listen to local radio stations for up-to-the-minute travel advice
- Use the signposted Cardiff Council Park and Ride sites if travelling by car or coach
